The Rector and the Vice-Rector for Culture and University Extension present the UMH Winter Courses
This morning, the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) of Elche presented its 40 Winter Courses for the 2016-2017 academic year. The event was attended by the Rector of the UMH, Jesús T. Pastor Ciurana, the Vice-Rector for Culture and University Extension, Tatiana Sentamans Gómez, and the Assistant Vice-Rector for University Extension, Esher Fuentes Marhuenda.
“Digital Inking and Coloring for Comics,” “UMH Summer School Instructor,” and “Ceramic Shell Bronze Casting: The Turning Technique” are some of the Winter Courses offered by the Vice-Rectorate for Culture and University Extension at the UMH of Elche. These courses will begin in November at the four UMH campuses and at the El Campello campus. Registration is now open and can be completed at https://cultura.umh.es.
The aim of the courses is to complement students’ curricula, although they are also open to the entire university community, as well as anyone interested. Among the courses offered are “Portrait Painting,” “Introduction to Astronomical Observation,” “Fundamentals of Palliative Medicine,” and “Sign Language.”
