The rector of the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) of Elche, Jesús Pastor Ciurana, along with the other rectors of the Valencian public universities and the president of the Generalitat, Alberto Fabra, presented the Patent Bank this morning. The aim of this tool is to enhance the results of research activity.

This new initiative will allow the five Valencian public universities to showcase the results of their research by facilitating the transfer of more than 340 patents that are potentially exploitable for business purposes.

According to the President of the Generalitat, one of the major advantages of the Patent Bank is that it will foster connections between qualified potential entrepreneurs, experienced businesspeople, and the innovative knowledge provided by the universities.
